Preamble
JuChat.me is an instant messaging product provided by the JuChat.me team (located in San Francisco, California, The United States of America). The personal information processing activities and protections involved in this policy pertain to the JuChat.me product.
The JuChat.me team (hereinafter also referred to as "we" or "JuChat.me") understands the importance of personal information to you. We highly value the security of your personal information and have taken technical, managerial, and physical protection measures, including internal data protection policies, restricting access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, and controlling access to facilities processing personal data to prevent any unauthorized access or unauthorized changes, disclosure, or destruction of personal data we hold. However, please note that, like all information transmitted via the internet, the information you transmit to us electronically may not be secure during transmission. Although we do our utmost, please understand that due to technological limitations and various potential malicious attacks, security measures cannot be perfect or foolproof, and we cannot guarantee permanent and absolute security. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take proactive measures, including but not limited to: using complex passwords, regularly changing passwords, and avoiding disclosing your account password or other information related to your login account to protect your information security. We also recommend that you do not transmit information or other sensitive or confidential information to us via insecure channels.
To explain how JuChat.me collects, uses, stores your personal information and what rights you have, we will outline relevant matters in this policy, with key points as follows:
We will specify the types of your personal information we collect and their corresponding purposes to help you understand the categories, reasons for use, and methods of collecting specific personal information for a particular function.
When you use certain features, we will collect your sensitive personal information after obtaining your consent. For example, when you use voice and video call functions, we will collect your voice and video; when you use location sharing functions, we will collect your precise location information. Unless required by relevant laws and regulations to collect, refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the specific related functions but will not affect your normal use of other JuChat.me functions.
We will not proactively share or transfer your personal information to third parties outside JuChat.me. If there is a need to share or transfer your personal information to third parties outside JuChat.me, or if you need us to share or transfer your personal information to third parties outside JuChat.me, we will directly obtain or confirm explicit consent from you for such actions by third parties, except as required by laws and regulations or for the protection of user rights or the security of the JuChat.me ecosystem. Additionally, we will conduct risk assessments for external information provision behaviors.
We will not proactively obtain your personal information from third parties outside JuChat.me. If we need to obtain your personal information from third parties for business development purposes, we will legally verify the legitimacy of the sources or, before obtaining, explicitly inform you of the sources, types, and usage scope of your personal information. If JuChat.me's personal information processing activities for business development exceed the scope of your original authorization when providing personal information to third parties, we will obtain your explicit consent before processing your personal information. Furthermore, we will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations and require third parties to ensure the legality of the information they provide.
You can access, correct, copy, delete your personal information, withdraw consent, cancel your account, and other privacy functions through the channels and methods listed in this policy.
In order to collect your information under this policy, provide you with services, optimize our services, and protect your account security, we will need to request relevant permissions from you; sensitive permissions such as location, camera, microphone, photo album, etc., will not be enabled by default and will only be called or used within the scope of your explicit consent. You can also query the types of system permissions we have already called or used by going to "System Settings—App Management".
It should be specially noted that obtaining a specific sensitive permission does not mean that we will necessarily collect your related information; even if we have obtained sensitive permissions, we will only collect your related information within the necessary scope and during your use of the related services or functions based on this policy.

1. Information We Collect and Use
During your use of JuChat.me services, we collect and use information you actively provide or that is generated as a result of using the services in the following ways:
1.1 When you register for JuChat.me services, we will collect and use your nickname, avatar, gender, and mobile phone number. Collecting this information is to help you complete the registration and use JuChat.me communication functions, and to protect the security of your JuChat.me account. Collecting and using mobile phone numbers is to meet the real identity verification requirements of relevant laws and regulations. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use our services normally.
1.2 You can fill in a personalized signature, location, birthday, etc., in your personal information section. This information will be uploaded and stored on our servers to enable you to use such information when you log in to JuChat.me from other devices. You can also modify or delete such information at any time.
1.3 When you use JuChat.me services, to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience, and protect your account security, we will collect and use your device model, operating system, unique device identifier (Android: AndroidID/OAID; iOS: IDFA before iOS 14.5), login IP address, JuChat.me software version number, access network method, type, and status (e.g., SSID and BSSID), network quality data, device accelerators (e.g., gravity sensing devices), operation logs, service log information (e.g., records of your searches, viewing operations, service failure information, referral URLs, etc.), and other log information. Additionally, to prevent viruses, Trojan programs, or other malicious programs, websites, we may collect information about the applications installed on your device, running processes, or data stored in device memory to prevent your personal information from leaking.
1.4 When you use JuChat.me voice and video calls, send voice/video/images/files messages, etc., we will request your authorization for microphone, camera, photo album, and storage permissions. We will collect your voice content, image/video information, scanning information, and other content because it is necessary to implement the above functions.
1.5 When you use JuChat.me group chat functions, group chat names, group announcements, group member nicknames, group settings, remarks, chat background images, etc., will be stored on our servers, as this is necessary to implement this function. Your avatar and nickname will also be displayed to group members.
1.6 We will not collect your chat history. Your chat history in JuChat.me will be stored on your terminal device, and you can choose to back it up, delete it, or transfer it across different devices.
1.7 When you use JuChat.me Moments functions, to allow your friends to view the content you share, we will collect, use, and display the text, photos, videos, location information (to enable the location function, we will collect and use your device’s GPS information, WiFi information, operator base station information [CellID], Bluetooth information, etc.), comments, likes, and Moments cover information according to your set rules. You can also delete your Moments information at any time. Unless you choose independently or comply with relevant laws and regulations requirements, we will not provide the above Moments information to third parties or use it for purposes other than the Moments function. You can set the visibility range of your Moments content in "My" — "Settings" — "Privacy Security" — "Moments Permissions".
1.8 When you use JuChat.me's collection function to store various information, your collected information will be uploaded and stored on our servers to enable you to use the collected information when you log in to JuChat.me from other devices. This is necessary to implement the collection function. We will store your collected information in an encrypted manner, and you can delete your collected information at any time. Unless you choose independently or comply with relevant laws and regulations requirements, we will not provide the above information to third parties or use it for purposes other than the collection function.
1.9 Third-party services in JuChat.me are provided by external third-party entities. JuChat.me cannot obtain the information you generate when using such third-party services. However, if you have explicitly consented to the third party obtaining your location information, the third party will obtain the relevant information through JuChat.me’s interface. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the related third-party services but will not affect your normal use of JuChat.me’s functions.
1.10 If you contact our customer service, we may need you to provide necessary personal information for identity verification to ensure your account’s security. To provide services based on your requests, after your authorization, customer service personnel need to query or verify your related information within your authorized scope. We will take technical and managerial measures to protect and keep your information secure and confidential and use it within necessary scopes. We may also save your contact information (mobile phone number, JuChat.me number, email, or other contact methods you use or provide proactively), your communication records and content with us, and other necessary information to provide and record customer service.
1.11 Additionally, according to relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, we may process your relevant personal information without obtaining your authorization consent in the following circumstances:
a) When necessary for personal information processors to fulfill legal obligations or statutory duties;
b) When necessary for fulfilling a contract where you are a party;
c) When necessary to respond to public health emergencies or emergencies to protect individuals' lives, health, and property safety;
d) To process your personal information that you have voluntarily disclosed or that has been legally disclosed by others within a reasonable scope;
e) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
1.12 Please understand that our functions and services are continuously updated and developed. If a particular function or service does not inform you of the information processing rules for collecting and using your information in the above descriptions, we will inform you of the scope, purpose, and methods of information collection through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, etc., to obtain your consent separately.
1.13 To ensure service security and help us better understand the operation of our application, we may record related information, such as the frequency of your application use, crash data, overall usage, performance data, and the source of the application. We will not merge information stored in our analytics software with any personally identifiable information you provide within the application.
1.14 If we use your personal information beyond the purposes you have authorized or the directly or reasonably associated scope, we will inform you again and obtain your explicit consent before using your personal information.
**1.15 Please note that currently, JuChat.me does not proactively obtain your personal information from third parties outside JuChat.me. If in the future, for business development needs, we indirectly obtain your personal information from third parties, we will explicitly inform you of the sources, types, and usage scope of your personal information before obtaining it. If JuChat.me's personal information processing activities for business development exceed the scope of your original authorization when providing personal information to third parties, we will obtain your explicit consent before processing such personal information. Additionally, we will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations and require third parties to ensure the legality of the information they provide.
2. Information Storage
2.1 Location of Information Storage Our servers are located in the United States and Singapore. We will store the collected user personal information in the United States or Singapore in accordance with legal regulations. Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. Data protection laws vary by country, and some countries' laws provide more protections than others. Regardless of where your information is processed, we will adopt the protective measures of this policy. If your personal information storage location is transferred from the United States or Singapore to other countries or regions, we will strictly comply with legal provisions.
2.2 Duration of Information Storage
2.2.1 Generally, we only retain your personal information for the time necessary to achieve the purpose and the retention period required by laws and administrative regulations, such as:
2.2.2 Mobile phone number, email: Whether you register for a JuChat.me account via mobile phone number or email, if you need to use JuChat.me services, we need to always retain your mobile phone number and email (including the initially registered mobile phone number, bound mobile phone numbers, initially registered email, bound emails, etc.) to ensure you can use the service normally. After you cancel your JuChat.me account, we will delete the corresponding information in accordance with the law.
2.2.3 Moments information: When you send Moments information, we need to retain your Moments information to ensure you can use the Moments function normally. When you delete your Moments information, we will delete the corresponding information.
2.2.4 When our products or services are discontinued, we will notify you of the relevant circumstances through push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period (in this policy, "anonymization" refers to the process of technically processing personal information so that the subject cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be restored. Information obtained after anonymization does not qualify as personal information).
3. Information Security
3.1 We strive to provide information security for users to prevent information loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
3.2 We will use various security protection measures within reasonable security levels to protect information security. For example, we use encryption technologies (e.g., SSL), de-identification, anonymization, etc., to protect your personal information.
3.3 We strengthen the security capabilities of the software installed on your device using continuously improving technical means to prevent your personal information from leaking. For example, to ensure secure transmission, some information encryption is done locally on your device; to prevent viruses, Trojan programs, or other malicious programs, websites, we may collect information about the applications installed on your device, running processes, or data stored in device memory; to prevent fraud, account theft, impersonation, and perform security checks, we may analyze and use data such as unique device identifiers, login IP addresses, operation logs, location information, etc., to implement security measures or provide security alerts, etc.
3.4 We have established specialized management systems, operational procedures, and organizations to ensure information security. For example, we strictly limit the range of personnel who can access information, require them to adhere to confidentiality obligations, and conduct audits.
3.5 In the event of personal information leakage or other security incidents, we will activate emergency plans and remedial measures to prevent the expansion of the security incident and fulfill relevant legal reporting and notification obligations.
3.6 We will make every effort to protect your personal information. We also ask you to understand that no security measure can be completely foolproof.
4. Information Sharing
4.1 To deliver advertisements, assess and optimize advertisement delivery effectiveness, etc., we need to share some of your data with advertisers and their agent third-party partners. We require them to strictly comply with our data privacy protection measures and requirements, including but not limited to processing according to data protection agreements, commitment letters, and relevant data processing policies, avoiding identification of personal identities, and ensuring privacy security.
4.2 We will not share information that can identify you personally with our partners unless you have explicitly authorized it.
4.3 To ensure the implementation of certain independent functions and allow you to use and enjoy more services and features, we may embed third-party SDKs in the application. We will carefully evaluate the purpose of using such SDKs.
4.4 As our business continues to develop, we may engage in mergers, splits, and other transactions. If it involves the transfer of personal information, we will inform you of the relevant circumstances and continue to protect or require new processors to continue protecting your personal information in accordance with laws, regulations, and not lower than the standards required by this policy.
5. Your Rights
During your use of JuChat.me, to allow you to more conveniently access, copy, correct, delete your personal information, and to protect your rights to withdraw consent for personal information processing, cancel your account, etc., we have provided corresponding operational settings in product design. You can refer to the following guidelines to operate. Additionally, we have set up channels for complaint reporting and requests for explanations. Your opinions and requests will be handled promptly. Please note that different operating systems and different versions of JuChat.me software may have differences in operation settings.
Additionally, to optimize your user experience, we may also adjust operation settings. Therefore, the following guidelines are for reference only. If you still have any questions about exercising related rights, you can contact us through the contact methods disclosed in section 9 of this policy.
5.1 Accessing, Copying Personal Information
5.1.1 Accessing basic information such as avatar, nickname (i.e., "name"), personalized signature, gender, location, birthday, JuChat.me number, QR code, etc.:

5.2.1 Deleting all one-on-one chat history:

Click "Clear Chat History".
5.2.2 Deleting group chat history:
After entering JuChat.me, open the dialogue and click the "…" icon at the top right.
Click "Clear Chat History".
5.2.3 Deleting partial/all chat history:
After entering JuChat.me, open the dialogue and long-press a message you want to delete.
Select "Delete" to delete that message.

Click "Clear All Chat History" to delete all chat history.
5.2.4 Deleting personalized signature (QR code cannot be modified or deleted):
After entering JuChat.me, click "My".

Click on the signature.
Delete the relevant information.
5.2.5 Deleting Moments:
After entering JuChat.me, click "My".
Click "Moments".
Click the Moments information you need to access.
Click the "…" at the top right and delete the Moments information.
5.3 Correcting Personal Information
5.3.1 Changing avatar, nickname, personalized signature, gender, location, birthday:

Note: After you cancel your account, we will retain your relevant information (such as mobile phone number, email); after exceeding the necessary retention period, we will delete or anonymize this part of the information. To prevent malicious repeated cancellations and registrations, we will prohibit re-registration of canceled accounts within 30 days from the cancellation success time, and re-registration will only be allowed after 30 days, with the re-registered account being a new account.

6. Changes
We may revise this policy from time to time. When there are major changes to the policy terms, we will inform you of the revised policy through push notifications, pop-ups, or other appropriate forms in compliance with legal requirements when you log in or update your version.
7. Protection of Minors
We place great importance on protecting the personal information of minors. According to the relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor, you must obtain prior written consent from your parents or legal guardians before using JuChat.me services. If you are a guardian of a minor, and have any questions about the personal information of the minors you are guarding, please contact us through the contact methods in section 9.
8. Others
Under some specific services or functions of JuChat.me, we may inform you separately of the purposes, methods, or scope of personal information processing through interactive copy, product interfaces, pop-ups, etc. If the separately informed content is inconsistent with this policy, the separately informed content shall prevail.
9. Contact Us
We have established a dedicated personal information protection team and a personal information protection officer. If you have any questions or complaints, suggestions regarding this Privacy Policy or personal information protection matters, you can contact us through the JuChat.me team account on JuChat.me.

在你使用JuChat.me服务的过程中，我们会按照如下方式收集、使用你在使用服务时主动提供或因为使用服务而产生的信息： 1.1当你注册JuChat.me服务时，我们会收集、使用你的昵称、头像、性别、手机号码，收集这些信息是为了帮助你完成JuChat.me注册和使用JuChat.me通讯等功能，保护你JuChat.me账号的安全。收集、使用手机号码是为了满足相关法律法规的真实身份信息认证要求。若你不提供这类信息，你可能无法正常使用我们的服务。 1.2 你可以在你的个人信息栏中填写个性签名、所在地、生日等，这些信息将被上传并存储在我们的服务器中，以便你在其他设备上登录JuChat.me时使用该等信息。你也可以随时修改、删除该等信息。 1.3 当你使用JuChat.me服务时，为保障你正常使用我们的服务，维护我们服务的正常运行，改进及优化我们的服务体验以及保障你的账号安全，我们会收集、使用你的设备型号、操作系统、唯一设备标识符（Android端如AndroidID/OAID、iOS端如iOS 14.5之前的IDFA）、登录IP地址、JuChat.me软件版本号、接入网络的方式、类型和状态（如SSID和BSSID）、网络质量数据、设备加速器（如重力感应设备）、操作日志、服务日志信息（如你在JuChat.me进行搜索、查看操作的记录、服务故障信息、引荐网址等信息）等日志信息。同时，为了预防病毒、木马程序或其他恶意程序、网站，我们可能会收集你设备安装的应用信息、正在运行的进程信息或设备内存中寄存的数据，以防止你的个人信息泄露。 1.4 当你使用JuChat.me语音视频通话、发送语音/视频/图片/文件消息等功能时，我们会请求你授权你的麦克风权限、摄像头权限、相册权限、存储权限。并会收集你的语音内容、图片视频信息、扫描信息等内容，因为是实现上述功能所必需的。 1.5 当你使用JuChat.me群聊功能时，群聊名称、群公告、群成员昵称、群设置、备注、你设置的聊天背景图等信息会存储在我们的服务器中，这是实现这一功能所必需的。你的头像、昵称等还会向群成员展示。 1.6 我们不会收集你的聊天记录。你在JuChat.me中的聊天记录会存储在你的终端设备，你可以选择自行备份、删除或在不同设备中转移。 1.7 当你使用JuChat.me好友圈功能时，为了让你的好友可以浏览你分享的内容，我们会收集、使用并按照你设定的规则展示你发布的好友圈文字、照片、视频、位置信息（ 为实现定位功能，我们会收集、使用你设备的GPS信息、WiFi信息、运营商基站信息【CellID】、蓝牙信息，下同 ） 、评论、点赞、好友圈封面等信息。你也可以随时删除你的上述好友圈信息。除非经你自主选择或遵从相关法律法规要求，我们不会对外提供上述好友圈信息，或者将其用于该功能以外的其他用途。你可以在“我的”—“设置”—“隐私安全”—“好友圈权限”中设置好友圈内容的可见范围。 1.8 当你使用JuChat.me的收藏功能来储存各类信息时，收藏信息将被上传并存储在我们的服务器中，以便你在其他设备上登录JuChat.me时使用收藏信息，这是实现收藏功能所必需的。我们会对你收藏的信息以加密的方式存储，你也可以随时删除自己所收藏的信息。除非经你自主选择或遵从相关法律法规要求，我们不会对外提供上述信息，或者将其用于该功能以外的其他用途。 1.9 JuChat.me服务中的第三方服务由外部第三方主体提供，JuChat.me无法获得你在使用该类第三方服务时产生的信息。但是，如果你已明示同意该第三方获得你的位置信息 ，该第三方将通过JuChat.me接口获得相关信息。拒绝提供该信息仅会使你无法使用上述第三方服务，但不影响你正常使用JuChat.me的功能。 1.10 如果你联系我们的客服，我们可能需要你提供必要的个人信息进行身份验证，以保证你的账号安全。为根据你的诉求提供服务，经过你的授权，人工客服人员需要在你授权范围内查询或核验你的相关信息，我们将尽可能采取技术和管理措施保障你的信息安全和保密，并在必要范围内进行使用。我们可能还会保存你的联系方式（你使用的或主动提供的手机号码、JuChat.me号、邮箱或其他联系方式）、你与我们的通信记录和内容，以及其他必要信息，以便为你提供和记录客户服务 。 1.11 另外，根据相关法律法规及国家标准，以下情形中，我们可能会处理你的相关个人信息而无需征求你的授权同意：
a) 为个人信息处理者履行法定义务或法定职责所必需； b) 为订立、履行你作为一方当事人的合同所必需； c) 为应对突发公共卫生事件，或者紧急情况下为保护自然人的生命健康和财产安全所必需； d) 依法在合理的范围内处理你自行公开或者其他已经合法公开的个人信息； e) 法律、行政法规规定的其他情形。
1.12 请你理解，我们向你提供的功能和服务是不断更新和发展的，如果某一功能或服务未在前述说明中告知收集、使用你的信息的处理规则，我们会通过页面提示、交互流程、网站公告等方式另行向你告知信息收集的范围、目的及方式，以征得你的同意。 1.13 为了确保服务的安全，帮助我们更好地了解我们应用程序的运行情况，我们可能记录相关信息，例如，你使用应用程序的频率、崩溃数据、总体使用情况、性能数据以及应用程序的来源。我们不会将我们存储在分析软件中的信息与你在应用程序中提供的任何个人身份信息融合处理。 1.14 如我们使用你的个人信息，超出了你所授权的目的及具有直接或合理关联的范围，我们将在使用你的个人信息前，再次向你告知并征得你的明示同意。 1.15 请你注意，目前JuChat.me不会主动从JuChat.me外的第三方获取你的个人信息。如未来为业务发展需要从第三方间接获取你个人信息，我们会在获取前向你明示你个人信息的来源、类型及使用范围，如JuChat.me开展业务需进行的个人信息处理活动超出你原本向第三方提供个人信息时的授权同意范围，我们将在处理你的该等个人信息前，征得你的明示同意。此外，我们将会严格遵守相关法律法规的规定，并要求第三方保障其提供的信息的合法性。
2. 信息的存储
2.1 信息存储的地点 我们的服务器位于美国、新加坡，我们会按照法律法规规定，将收集的用户个人信息存储于美国或新加坡。你的信息可能会在位于你居住的国家以外的服务器上进行处理。数据保护法因国家而异，有些国家的法律提供的保障比其他国家的法律更多。无论你的信息在何处进行处理，我们都将采用本政策所属的保护措施。如果你的个人信息存储地点从美国、新加坡转移到其他国家地区的，我们将严格依照法律的规定执行。 2.2 信息存储的期限
2.2.1 一般而言，我们仅在为实现目的所必需的时间及法律、行政法规所规定的保存期限内保留你的个人信息，例如： 2.2.2 手机号码，邮箱：无论你是通过手机号码注册还是邮箱注册JuChat.me账号，若你需要使用JuChat.me服务，我们需要一直保存你的手机号码和邮箱（包括初始注册手机号码、绑定的手机号码，初始注册邮箱、绑定的邮箱等），以保证你正常使用该服务。当你注销JuChat.me账号后，我们将依法删除相应的信息。 2.2.3 好友圈信息：当你发送了好友圈信息，我们需要保存你的好友圈信息，以保证你正常使用好友圈功能，当你删除你的好友圈信息后，我们将删除相应的信息。 2.2.4 当我们的产品或服务发生停止运营的情形时，我们将以推送通知、公告等形式通知你，并在合理的期限内删除你的个人信息或进行匿名化处理（本指引中的“匿名化处理”，是指通过对个人信息的技术处理，使得个人信息主体无法被识别，且处理后的信息不能被复原的过程。个人信息经匿名化处理后所得的信息不属于个人信息）。
3.信息安全
3.1 我们努力为用户的信息安全提供保障，以防止信息的丢失、不当使用、篡改、未经授权访问或披露。 3.2 我们将在合理的安全水平内使用各种安全保护措施以保障信息的安全。例如，我们会使用加密技术（例如，SSL）、去标识化、匿名化处理等手段来保护你的个人信息。 3.3 我们通过不断提升的技术手段加强安装在你设备端的软件的安全能力，以防止你的个人信息泄露。例如，我们为了安全传输会在你设备本地完成部分信息加密的工作；为了预防病毒、木马程序或其他恶意程序、网站，我们可能会了解你设备安装的应用信息、正在运行的进程信息或设备内存中寄存的数据；为了预防诈骗、盗号、仿冒他人等不法行为和进行安全检查可能会分析利用唯一设备标识符、登录IP地址、操作日志、位置信息等数据，以便于采取安全措施或进行安全提醒等。 3.4 我们建立专门的管理制度、操作规程和组织以保障信息的安全。例如，我们严格限制访问信息的人员范围，要求他们遵守保密义务，并进行审计。 3.5 若发生个人信息泄露等安全事件，我们会启动应急预案及补救措施，阻止安全事件扩大，并依法履行相关的报告及通知义务。 3.6 我们会尽力保护你的个人信息。我们也请你理解，任何安全措施都无法做到无懈可击 。
4.信息共享
4.1 为了投放广告，评估、优化广告投放效果等目的，我们需要向广告主及其代理商等第三方合作伙伴共享你的部分数据，要求其严格遵守我们关于数据隐私保护的措施与要求，包括但不限于根据数据保护协议、承诺书及相关数据处理政策进行处理，避免识别出个人身份，保障隐私安全。 4.2 我们不会向合作伙伴分享可用于识别你个人身份的信息，除非你明确授权。 4.3 为确保部分独立功能的实现，使你能够使用和享受更多的服务及功能，我们会在应用中嵌入第三方的SDK，我们将审慎评估该等SDK的使用目的。 4.4 随着我们业务的持续发展，我们有可能进行合并、分立等交易，若涉及个人信息转移的，我们将告知你相关情形，按照法律法规及不低于本指引所要求的标准继续保护或要求新的处理者继续保护你的个人信息。
5.你的权利
在你使用JuChat.me期间，为了你可以更加便捷地查阅、复制、更正、删除你的个人信息，同时保障你撤回对个人信息处理的同意及注销账号的权利，我们在产品设计中为你提供了相应的操作设置，你可以参考下面的指引进行操作。此外，我们还设置了投诉举报、请求解释的渠道，你的意见及请求将会得到及时的处理。请注意，不同操作系统、 JuChat.me软件的不同版本之间，操作设置可能存在差异 ；
此外，为了优化你的使用体验，我们也可能对操作设置进行调整。故如下指引仅供参考，若你对行使相关权利的方式及途径仍有任何疑问的，你可以通过本规则第9条披露的方式与我们联系。
5.1 查阅、复制个人信息
5.1.1 查阅头像、昵称（即“名字”，下同）、个性签名、性别、所在地、生日、JuChat.me号、二维码等基本信息： 1）进入JuChat.me后，点击“我的”； 2）点击头像栏； 3）进行信息查询访问。
5.1.2 查阅手机号、邮箱、登录密码、登录设备： 1）进入JuChat.me后，点击“我的”； 2）点击“隐私安全”； 3）点击“账号安全”； 4）进行信息查询访问。
5.1.3 查阅好友圈信息： 1）进入JuChat.me后，点击“发现”； 2）点击“朋友圈”；
5.1.4 查阅通讯录黑名单： 1）进入JuChat.me后，点击“我的”； 2）点击“隐私安全”； 3）点击“隐私”； 4）点击“黑名单”进行查询。
5.2 删除个人信息
5.2.1 删除一对一全部聊天记录： 1）进入JuChat.me后，打开对话，点击右上角“…”图标； 2）点击清空聊天记录。
5.2.2 删除群聊天记录： 1）进入JuChat.me后，打开对话，点击右上角“…”图标； 2）点击清空聊天记录。
5.2.3 删除部分/全部聊天记录： 1）进入JuChat.me后，打开对话，长按点击一条需要删除的消息； 2）选择“删除”，删除此条消息； 3）进入JuChat.me后，点击“我的”； 4）点击“设置”； 5）点击清空所有聊天记录，删除全部聊天记录。
5.2.4 删除个性签名（二维码无法修改或删除）： 1）进入JuChat.me后，点击“我的”； 2）点击“资料设置”； 3）点击签名 4）删除相关信息。
5.2.5 删除好友圈： 1）进入JuChat.me后，点击“我的”； 2）点击“朋友圈”； 3）点击需要访问的好友圈信息； 5）点击右上角“…”，并删除好友圈信息。
5.3 更正个人信息
5.3.1 更改头像、昵称、个性签名、性别、所在地、生日： 1）进入JuChat.me后，点击“我的”； 2）点击“资料设置”； 3）进行更正操作。
5.3.2 更改手机号、邮箱、登录密码： 1）进入JuChat.me后，点击“我的”； 2）点击“隐私安全”； 3）点击“账号安全”； 4）进行更正操作。
5.4 功能及权限管理
5.4.1 系统权限管理： 1）进入JuChat.me后，点击“我的”； 2）点击“设置”； 3）点击“隐私设置”； 4）点击“系统权限”； 5）点击“前往系统设置更多”。
5.5 注销账号
5.5.1 注销JuChat.me账号： 1）进入JuChat.me后，点击“我的”； 2）点击“隐私设置”； 3）点击“账号安全”； 4）点击“注销账号”； 5）进行注销操作。 注：当你注销账号后，我们会留存你的相关信息（如手机号、邮箱）；超出必要保存期限后，我们将删除或匿名化处理这部分信息。同时为防止恶意反复注册注销等行为，我们将在注销成功时间起算30天内禁止注销账号重新注册，30天后才能重新注册，重新注册的账号为全新账号。
5.6 投诉举报
5.6.1 投诉用户： 1）进入JuChat.me后； 2）点击“通讯录”； 3）点击“好友”，点击“…”图标 4）点击“投诉”，进行投诉操作。
5.6.2 投诉群聊： 1）进入JuChat.me后； 2）点击“通讯录”； 3）点击“我的群聊”； 4）点击“群聊”，点击“…”图标 5）点击“投诉”，进行投诉操作。
5.7 隐私功能设置
5.7.1 设置添加好友时是否需要验证： 1）进入JuChat.me后，点击“我的”； 2）点击“隐私安全”； 3）点击“隐私”； 4）点击“加我为朋友时需要验证”进行更改。
5.7.2 设置用户被添加的方式： 1）进入JuChat.me后，点击“我的”； 2）点击“隐私安全”； 3）点击“隐私”； 4）点击“添加我的方式”进行更改。
5.7.3 设置好友权限范围： 1）进入通讯录后，选择需要设置的好友； 2）选中好友后，单击右上角“…”； 3）点击“好友权限”； 4）对“好友权限”进行设置。
5.7.4 设置发送朋友圈公开范围： 1）进入JuChat.me后，点击“发现”； 2）点击“朋友圈”；
3）点击右上角“相机”图标 4）可选择“谁可以看”等内容。
6.变更
我们可能会适时对本指引进行修订。当指引的条款发生重大变更时，我们会在你登录及版本更新时以推送通知、弹窗或其他符合法律要求的适当形式向你展示变更后的指引。
7.未成年人保护
我们非常重视对未成年人个人信息的保护。根据相关法律法规的规定，若你是未成年人，在使用JuChat.me服务前，应事先取得你的家长或法定监护人的书面同意。若你是未成年人的监护人，当你对你所监护的未成年人的个人信息有相关疑问时，请通过第9条中的联系方式与我们联系。
8.其他
在JuChat.me某些具体服务或功能项下，我们可能还会通过交互文案、产品界面或弹窗等方式向你另行告知处理个人信息的目的、方式或范围，若另行告知的内容与本指引不一致的，以另行告知的内容为准。
